Welcome to Casa De Primo, operated by 4UVilla. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and booking services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Booking Policy
2.1 Reservation Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
- A booking submission does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by our team.
- A minimum deposit of ₱2,000 is required to secure your booking.
- Bookings follow a "First to Pay, First Reserved" policy — your slot is only secured upon payment verification.
2.2 Booking Types
- Daycation — Check-in at 8:00 AM, Check-out at 6:00 PM (same day)
- Nightcation — Check-in at 8:00 PM, Check-out at 6:00 AM (next day)
- 22 Hours Stay — Extended stay with two available time slots
2.3 Payment
- Accepted payment methods include GCash, bank transfer, and cash.
- Proof of payment must be sent to our official Facebook page (Casa De Primo) for verification.
- The remaining balance must be settled on or before check-in.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Guest Cancellations
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date may be eligible for a rebooking, at our discretion.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
3.2 Casa De Primo Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to force majeure, maintenance), we will offer a full refund or free rebooking.
4. Guest Responsibilities
By booking with Casa De Primo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information — All details submitted during booking must be truthful and complete.
- Respect the property — Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa, furniture, fixtures, or amenities during their stay.
- Follow house rules — Including noise restrictions, guest limits, and designated areas for activities.
- Supervise minors — All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Clean up after your event — While basic cleaning is included, excessive mess may incur additional charges.
5. Liability
5.1 Property Damage
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay.
- A damage assessment will be conducted after checkout.
5.2 Personal Injury
- Casa De Primo is not liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings that occurs on the premises.
- Guests use the pool, kitchen, and other amenities at their own risk.
5.3 Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
6. Website Use
6.1 Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
6.2 Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Casa De Primo / 4UVilla and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
